I am trying to connect rstudio to arduino through the serial comport, But my computer ha USB port only, can someone pls tell me how to setup and configure the serial communication?

sorry to mention that i am using windows 10
The only package I know for serial communication with arduino devices in R is arduinor but it doesn't support Windows yet, only Linux and MacOS
