I have a user who has reported a slowdown in the RStudio Server console. The user states that this does not effect calculations but does effect typing speed and the like. Any ideas on why and what might be done to speed it up?

There can be a lot of reasons this happens. One common one that is really easy to fix is that the IDE’s console history can fill up. You can empty with the little broom icon, or with CTRL/CMD + L. Hope that helps!
