I host shiny apps on a virtual (e.g., https://www.telemetrie.xyz/hello/) server and everything works fine. Except for some colleagues that use windows computers with Kaspersky virus protection. I added a Godaddy SSL certificate to my apps, but the app still grays out.
Shinyapps hosted on shinapps.io work fine on all computer. Does anyone has a hint?
Assuming you're using Shiny Server, did you check the app logs for what kind of error is occurring? http://docs.rstudio.com/shiny-server/#application-error-logs
The app logs are empty, assuming the process finished without an error. The server log gives the following warning:
