I am new to R and Docker. I am trying to use the shiny app iS-CellR by immcore. In PowerShell, I've reached the point of "shiny-server- Starting listener", but it stops working here.
Any advice? I've tried launching the app from R as well but it doesn't recognize my runURL or runApp commands.
Thanks in advance for your help! This app seems great for all of my data, but I have no idea how to actually access it.
