Shiny application logs

Hi,

Earlier if any issue was encountered in shiny like "Disconnected from server" I used to check the logs in shinyapps.io

Since 18th Feb The logs page shows the below message
"This application currently has no logs."

Can anyone please guide as what needs to be done.

Similar here!
Although the app was used the last days the log ends at the 17.02.2020.
Haven't checked it yet in R using rsconect.
