This is a minimalist app to parse a Tableau workbook (show data source & visualise/export variable dependency). This is a highly sought after feature from the Tableau community - currently, there is still no way to export or visualise the dependency of variables from within Tableau. I would like to demonstrate that we can use shiny to build simple tools to empower our fellow analysts who are more used to an interactive interface like Tableau and don't necessarily want to code.
