shiny data source size limit

I am using free plan of shiny app.io and would like to know about the datasource size limit.

I have data with 50 mb in RDS file (3,500,000 rows and 14 columns) and when I run the app in my computer, it works, but when I run on the shiny app.io It doesn't, it get grey.

I've already read the tuning and scale issues and I'm interesting to know if I upgrade my account, it would be enough to deal with this kind of data size.
