Shiny Registration Form

Hey,

I'm a bloody starter with R. Is there any way to do a Registration Form which enters the data into a data frame (and saves it).

Is it possible that the dude who filled out the form gets an E-Mail confirmation with a summary of his information. (Would be even nicer if there is generated an PDF File with a confirmation and the information stated in the form)

So I'm pretty sure the first thing is possible but maybe you can give me some tips how to implement.
