shiny server startup error

I am getting an error while starting shiny-server service in ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

I am trying with directives auth_ldap and auth_active_dir in shiny-server.conf file for LDAP/AD authentication.

shiny-server.log is showing following error -

[2020-04-24 14:25:05.684] [INFO] shiny-server - Shutting down worker processes

Any idea what am I missing here ?
