Shiny - UTF-8 Issue

Hello,

I've recently changed from a MAC to Windows, and when running the app locally, I get the error:

Warning: Error in sub: input string 1 is invalid UTF-8
[No stack trace available]

Appreciate its a broad question, but can anyone put me in the right direction where to look? I'm not using any HTML/JSON formats.
