I am trying to publish a shiny with a flexdashboard and I get the following error when opening the webpage: "An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification".
When I check the logs the following warning message appears: "Warning: Error in : No root directory found in /srv/connect/apps/Soccer_Stats or its parent directories. Root criterion: contains a file matching "[.]Rproj$" with contents matching "^Version: " in the first line".
Could anyone help? I can provide more information if needed.
