After I upgraded to RStudio v1.3.959 the customized keyboard shortcuts do not work upon startup of RStudio. The default shortcuts do work, however I need the shortcuts I customized to run too. It seems, upon startup, it loads the default shortcuts and not the file with my added customization. To get them to work I have to reload the shortcuts by going to 'Tools > Modify Keyboard Shortcuts > Apply'. The customization are already captured but they just don't load on startup. I have to 'Apply' them to trigger. Any help is appreciated.
