I'm experiencing slow code execution in RStudio code chunks on Ubuntu.
After some time using RStudio, the code chunk execution appears to slowly execute one line at a time after pressing the run button (even when the lines are simple pipe chains).
If I execute the code in the chunk, it takes about 10 sec. The same code in the console takes about 0.5 sec.
