Source of information for Beginner on RStudio

Dear Community,
I'm new to R and RStudio. I want to start with complete understanding of RStudio before jumping to coding. Can I request for the best source of information (Notes or videos) on RStudio Tips and Tricks, Menu and Tool bars functionality, Importing data from various sources, creating projects, how data is stored in R, how to work on various data both imported or linked, how to store scripts, save and open data, scripts, projects etc.

I would start with the RStudio IDE Cheatsheet if you are looking to get familiar with RStudio itself. For gaining familiarity with R, I would recommend Swirl.
