Source pane is blank: No script text displayed

RStudio installed using Anaconda version 1.9.7 on Windows 10 OS:

On opening a recent script saved in the working directory, no text is displayed. Opening the script in R displays the script.

I previously experience this problem and re-installed Anaconda and R with RStudio without success.

Hi, welcome!

Rstudio trough Anaconda is not officially supported and you can't control the version that gets installed or update it to the latest version so, I recommend you to use a stand alone installation instead.

Hi thanks for your advice. I have uninstalled both R and RStudio as well as Anaconda and re-installed R and RStudio that has resolved the problem.
