Background:
Conda installed R on an ubuntu 18.04 instance on VM.
Installed R Shiny Server on the machine successfully, but Shiny Server is having issues getting the path of the R executible from the conda instillation.
I've also changed my shiny-server.conf to
run_as jhaseon;
which the jhaseon user as being where the conda is dled
Has anyone experienced this issue before? I am trying to change the R path for Shiny Server.
