Table with KableExtra

Hi all,

I am trying to replicate this table

using kableExtra becuse i would like to include it in my markdown' pdf document.
How can I include the extra lines i blue and red using kableExtra? Any suggestons will be appreciate

Hi Nirgrahamuk,

Thanks for the information but there I cannot find how can I insert the line:

group_rows("Subgrupo A Sub A1 Sub A2", 1, 2)

I can add group_rows("Subgrupo A", 1, 2) but not all together
