Taxonomic analysis

Hello guys,

I have a problem with taxonomic analysis in the R. I trying to plot a PCoA using weighted UniFrac with my data and I have a error message:

"Error in eigen(delta1) : infinite or missing values in 'x'"

Somebody already saw this problem and solved it? Please, help me!

In my data I'am analysing Archaea group and it had low abundance and many 0 in the data table.
