I updated R-Studio to version 1.3.959. In this version of the data viewer does not auto-refreshing, I must always run view(data) to see the changes. How do i fix this?

I am seeing this behavior as well. Something must have gone wrong with the DataViewer performance changes for v1.3. I will file an issue and fix this as soon as possible, should be easily doable for the upcoming v1.3-patch release. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
