This space has reached its limit for creating projects

hello,
I have been assigned to a link that goes to rstudio cloud where the projects are and this is my first time entering but each time I try to open one it says "This space has reached its limit for creating projects." and it doesn't open.
I am on a deadline and need help!

Hello and I also have the same issue. It says I should contact the previous user of the space but I don't know how to do it. What should I do?
