Using github PAT from envvar GITHUB_PAT
错误: Failed to install 'unknown package' from GitHub:
  Timeout was reached: [api.github.com] Resolving timed out after 10000 milliseconds

Tried to subscribe Ivacy VPN as below to set the proxy but doesn't work... Somebody tune it?
