Trouble starting RStudio 1.4.1103 on Windows 10

**I am getting an error starting RStudio (v 1.4.1103) on my Windows 10 laptop. I have I have R version 4.0.3 (2020-10-10) installed. And I have no problem staring R Console (RGui). **

**The error I get as I start RStudio is : **
