Trying to install the plspm package

Is the plspm package deleted from CRAN? I cannot install it, or find it anymore: https://cran.r-project.org/

Yes.

You can try to install it from GitHub but it has not been updated since 2015 so it is possible that you encounter installation issues with newer R versions.
