Tutorials for Metabolites

Hi everyone
I will like anyone to please gives me a hint on a good tutorial to follow for the analysis of metabolites.
I have used online analysis tools but I will like to also use R to analyse the PCoA for the metabolites.
The metabolites are derived from LC&GCMS.
