Ubuntu 18.04 connect MSSQL successfully but the DB content are different

Hi all,

I've deployed my shinyapps on Ubuntu 18.04 (Linux) and now trying to connect MSSQL .
Microsoft SQL Server Version: 12.00.6024
Shiny apps uses DBI, odbc library to connect server through Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server.

However, when I get into my SQL server, the available DB content is far less than the same server which connected in windows OS, is anyone face the same problems, how to solve it and query the whole content
