Unable to access Github in Rstudio when I push it.

Hi,
I got some trouble when I push the changes in the Rstudio to the github, the error message is:

C:/Program Files/Git/bin/git.exe push origin HEAD:refs/heads/main
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/SUNLOVEERIN/academic-page.git/': Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21125 ms: Timed out

I was wondering what's wrong here and how to fix it.
