Unable to create a R markdown file

Hi guys,

I had issue with starting/ creating a R markdown file. When I click File->New Fiel->R markdown, it keeps showing:

Creating R Markdown documents requires updated versions of the following packages: knitr, rmarkdown.

I have tried install/update both packages multiple times however it still the same. R studio is up to date as well.
