Unable to entablish connection with R session

Hi everyone,
I'm very new to RStudio so I need some guidance about a problem that RStudio has been showing. Yesterday some little windows saying "Unable to entablish connection with R session" started appearing and today RStudio did not work at all. This what the RStudio window shows:

Which means
"Unable to access this site
The web page at http://127.0.0.1:36104/ may not work temporarily or has been permanently moved to a new web address."

Can someone tell me how to fix it? I cannot use it.

Double check that you have R (not RStudio) correctly installed and try reseting RStudio's state

I checked as you told me to, I'm currently running the base R (3.6.3) and RStudio (1.2.5033). I even tried unnistalling it and installing it again, but the same problem keeps appearing.

About reseting RStudio's state, I can't type the command to access the RStudio-Desktop Directory and the menu bars are not clickable

I saw some people had the same issue but in the end there doesn't seem to be a solution

Bizarre Behaviour: RStudio launches to "This site can’t be reached" page when opening scripts

Hi everyone, I am running R (3.5.0) and RStudio (1.2.622) on Windows 10 (10.0.17134 Build 17134) and have come across a weird issue that I'm hoping someone can help me figure out. If I launch RStudio from my Start Menu or a regular shortcut, everything is fine and RStudio launches without issue. However, if I launch RStudio by opening a .R or a .Rmd file from somewhere on my harddrive, Rstudio looks like this when it launches: [Rstudio] (A "This site can't be reached: 127.0.0.1 refused to connect" error message). RStudio launches to "This site can’t be reached".

Dear all, I downloaded R (3.6.0) and RStudio for Windows 7 SP1, 64bit. R works fine, but if I try to start RStudio I get the following screen: [RStudio-fail]. RStudio tells me: "This site can't be reached. 127.0.0.1 refused to connect." Also none of the menu bars are cllickable. I tried to reinstall R and RStudio without an antimalware-program and without an activated firewall, but this did not solve the problem. Following a search in the web I checked if "localhost" and "127.0.0.1" are on the list of approved Hosts and Domains; in Firefox, this is the case. You can open your file explorer and rename manually
