unable to install package punitroot

i am trying to install this package
library(punitroots)
but i am receving the following error

Installing package into ‘C:/Users/ramshah/Documents/R/win-library/4.0’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
Warning in install.packages :
package ‘punitroots’ is not available for this version of R

MY rstudio version is 1.4.1103
