Unable to install packages- sf, tmap, leaflet

Hi
I am unable to install packages used for mapping. The packages- sf, leaflet and tmap are not getting installed. It shows an error in my disk C as shown below. I am unable to figure out what to do.

package ‘wk’ successfully unpacked and MD5 sums checked
Error in install.packages : ERROR: failed to lock directory ‘C:\Users\NITHIN PRADEEP\OneDrive\Documents\R\win-library\4.1’ for modifying
Try removing ‘C:\Users\NITHIN PRADEEP\OneDrive\Documents\R\win-library\4.1/00LOCK’

Follow the instructions on the error message and delete that file
