Unequal categorical data - pairwise comparison

Hi all,

I have some turtle dive data that I am analysing for my masters. It has been recorded into unequal depth bins of 0-2m, 2-4m, 4-6m, 8-10m 10-15m, 15-20m 20-25m, 25-30m and 30-50m. Additionally, the data is recorded into each depth bin as a proportion of a 12-hour period (diurnal and nocturnal depth usage). I want to do a pairwise comparison of each depth bin to see if there is significant difference between the use of each depth bin and know that I cannot simply run an ANOVA with a Tukey-HSD.

Any help on how I can go about this would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
