Unknown array and annotation - Error, Cannot get Manifest object for an 'unknown' array

I am using the mnp.v12b6 package in rstudio to analyze some files generated in an EPIC array and getting the following error. What adjustments I should apply to fix the error?

I cant find any such package... searching the internet for 'MNPgetFFPE' gives zero results.
Are you working with private package ? If so its doubtful you can get external support; and should contact the author.
