I'm trying to unzip a file in the tmp directory of my shiny app and it is not unzipping all the files required. The error I'm getting in it is " Warning in unzip(input$zippedfile$datapath, exdir = session_directory) : error -1 in extracting from zip file". Though unzipping it outside the tmp directories works fine. Does anyone have an idea about what might cause this error?
