Updating data in shiny app after deploying on shinyapps.io

I need help to learn how to update my data after deploying on shinyapps.io.
I would appreciate if somebody provides the information or manual that I can walkthrough.

If you ship your data along with your app, you would need to deploy again with the new data to update. For data storage is better to use one of the options described here.
