Upgrading ffmpeg to version 3.2+

Hi,

Currently, I'm not able to install the av package due to the default ffmpeg version being 2.8.15 and the av package requiring version 3.2 (as seen in this GitHub issue).

Is there any way to upgrade ffmpeg to that version?

There is not currently a way for users to upgrade the version of ffmpeg. We will look into adding this in the next quarterly update of the base image.
