I am a novice with R 
I am trying to upload CSV files in Posit Cloud. Uploading is very long (I'm trying to upload 12 files for a case study).
My problem : I don't find files I have uploaded the day after and I don't understand while. I have clicked on the button File>Save but it doesn't work
