I doubt this could literally be scheduled, as I'm not sure they publish reliably and I can't automate the download (no API, AFAIK). I could probably automate a little more, as some is done first in Excel, but I've written some R script (including a function to run the modelling (nearly 40 times now) that takes most of the work (and error potential) out of it.
