I can not upload my dataset on RStudio Cloud.
It always gives me the same error message: "unexpected respone from server".
My file is a regular 5.42G .tsv file.
Any idea?
PS: I also tried to send it zipped, with the very same results.
Currently the RStudio IDE stores all of an upload in memory before writing it to disk. This is why @mara mentions the current memory limitations.
There should be an update to the IDE coming soon that will stream uploads to disk instead.
However, both the /cloud/project and home directory volumes are limited to 3 GB each.
