Using snow with MPI on multiple Windows Machines

Does anyone have any experience using snow (simple network of workers) with either mpi or ssh, across multiple Windows machines? I can't get it running, runs fine on a single machine. I've turned off the firewall. I have MPI running across multiple windows machine on another application (same machines), but cannot get R/snow to work. I'm on Windows server, have tried of MPICH2 and the latest MSMPI version.
