Utilization Scheduler in shiny server pro

Hi all,

I see that the application that is deployed in shiny server pro is fast when it is used my 1 user. But it becomes (takes time to load) when used by multiple users at the same time.

I see we can configure this in Utilization Scheduler (please correct me If I am wrong). So wanted to check if we can configure this of specific applications
