want to get a gapminder_unfiltered solution.

the more i study R, the more it makes me crazy guys.
There is a gapminder_unflitered data set.
Using this set, i have to figure out the countries which has to be over 12 observation sample and also i have to arrange these sample as desc way.
is there a way to solve or solution?
Give me some advices or solution
