I'm tried to install ggplot2 in R but when I used it i get this warning

Your current version of R is older than current version on CRAN. R has been updated recently, so you should update it when you have a chance.

Keep in mind, that this is a warning message, meaning that it won't (most of the time) affect usage of the package. The way R is updated tends to be backwards-compatible, especially when it is a third number to go up (so, previous version was 3.4.3, current is 3.4.4).
