Washed-out font in RStudio 1.3.1073

Hi there,

I've only recently switched from RStudio 1.1.463 to 1.3.1073. I've got both running on the same machine (Windows 10).
The font on 1.3 looks washed-out and not as sharp as it shows on 1.1.
For example:

I tried different combinations of OS integration but to no avail.

Is there a solution to have the font as sharp as in v. 1.1?
