One point: the WebGL issue only happens with RStudio. From Viewer, if I click to open in the browser (Safari) it works correctly.
I had same issue. I use windows. This link help with solving problem: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/webgl-is-not-supported-on-chrome-firefox
