What do I do to stop rstudio from crashing every now and then

R studio keeps crashing while I’m working on my project
I’m a beginner and I’m just trying to my first project
But Rstudio keeps crashing, I’ve used the the desktop version and the cloud but both keeps crashing,

What do I do please
I’m so frustrated
