Description of issue -
I tried to update Rstudio on my aws workspace which runs Amazon Linux release 2 (Karoo) as the OS. I am not sure which installer should I use. I tried both red hat 7 and red hat 8, they both seem to be installed without any errors, but neither of them starts after installation.
Attempted steps taken to fix -
I guess that might be related to LD_LIBRARY_PATH, I followed the suggestion in https://support.rstudio.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115009216408-rstudio-version-1-1-383-symbol-lookup-error-libQt5Sql-so-5 but did not work.
