Do you have any other applications open that happen to have RStudio in the name / window title?
No. Not at all. Not unless the browser being open to the page counts.
But that seems like a poorly constructed installer if that is going to interfere
with installation.
But I closed the tabs connection to the site and it still failed.
Everything is as shown in the screenshot.
