Write data_frame to MS SQL Server

Hello everyone ,Could you please help me to solve problem about Thai language to write data frame to SQL server. when the column data have result of Thai text is ????????,??????? in SQL SERVER.

my code
:dbWriteTable(con, "Daily",Daily_Data,encoding = "UTF-8",overwrite = TRUE,append = FALSE)
