Write specific range of excel cells

Hi i'm trying to write a specific range of cells, like in this post:

The problem is that in the other sheets of the excel i got formulas that i dont want to lose, is there a way where i can write specific cells of a excel workbook without overwriting the others cells/ sheets? or read a workbook and maintain their formulas?
