Zero and k Inflated Negative Binomial Distribution

I am looking for a package for Zero-Inflated Negative Binomial Distribution or for Zero and k Inflated Poisson Distribution.

I am currently doing my master's thesis about zero and k inflated negative binomial distribution which is an extension of ZINB and somehow related to the ZkIP when considering a dispersion in the data.

Can I ask your knowledge regarding the matter? Thank you very much.
